In the biological sense, an animal, or human is one who has fully grown. Within the human realm, adult is a reference to the social and legal aspects. Contrary to those who are not considered an adult or "minor", the legal adult has reached majority that makes them independent, capable, and responsible. They may also be regarded as"major" or "major". 18 is the typical legally-adulted age at which you can become an adult however, this can differ depending on country and status in law, in addition to mental maturity.

The period of human development during which physical and mental maturity has been achieved. Adulthood is commonly thought of as beginning at age 20 or 21 years. At the point we are in an early age (20 to mid-40s) our physical growth is complete, although our weight and height might increase slightly. In young adulthood our physical capabilities are at their best such as the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed, sensory abilities, and the functioning of our heart.
